Chef's will prepare their choice of bruschetta and will offer the each guest the opportunity to customize their own bruschetta including grilled garlic crostinis with a variety of toppings, such as diced roma tomatoes, fresh basil, cream cheese, roasted red pepper aioli, basil pesto, roasted garlic, artichoke hearts and fresh parmesan. Other options include mushrooms and fresh asparagus sautéed in butter, red wine and thyme.
Our most popular quesadillas, the Chicken Quesadilla Florentine, featuring chicken breasts seasoned with our special Southwest spice rub and grilled in fresh flour tortillas with creamy quesadilla cheese and spinach. Quesadillas are served with our fresh made salsa and guacamole.
Self-Serve Area: Additional quesadillas, chips and salsa
Cutting Station: Pork Tenderloin with our special spice rub, roasted to perfection and served with mashed potatoes with bourbon glaze. It’s served on an open
face soft roll with a slice of pork tenderloin, dollop of potatoes and a drizzle of glaze.
Dessert: Assorted cookies and brownies
